Representative Thomas brought up reconsideration of the vote on HCS                                                             
CSSB 72(FIN) am H (page 2236).                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
           HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 72(FIN) am H                                                                    
    "An Act relating to the community revenue sharing program;                                                                  
    repealing certain programs providing state payments to                                                                      
    municipalities and other entities; and providing for an effective                                                           
    date."                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Thomas moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
HCS CSSB 72(FIN) am H be returned to second reading for the                                                                     
specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 2.  There being no                                                                
objection, it was so ordered.

    under (b) of this section calculated as if the merger, consolidation,

Amendment No. 2 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so
